Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy 1.) Advance Booking Required: All bookings must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event to ensure proper preparation of materials. 2.) Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. 3.) Confirmation: A confirmation email or text will be sent upon successful booking. Please review the details for accuracy and contact us immediately for any corrections. Cancellation/Refund Policy 1.) 72+ Hours Notice: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event will receive a full refund. 2.) 48-72 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within this window are eligible for a 50% refund. 3.) Less Than 48 Hours Notice: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event. Rescheduling Policy 1.) You may reschedule your booking to a future event date if you provide at least 72 hours' notice. 2.) Rescheduling requests within 48 hours of the event will incur a $10 processing fee. 3.) No-Show Policy: If you do not attend the event and fail to notify us, no refunds or credits will be issued. Waitlist Policy 1.) If an event is fully booked, you may join the waitlist through our website or by contacting us directly. 2.) If a spot becomes available, we will notify waitlisted customers on a first-come, first-served basis via email or text. 3.) You will have 24 hours to confirm your spot once notified. If no response is received, the spot will be offered to the next person on the waitlist.
